Red Ball Programme
Ages (10 and Under)
- Ideal for Beginners: The larger, lighter red balls make it easier for beginners, especially children under 10, to learn the basics of tennis.
- Fun and Engaging: The game is designed to be fun and engaging, encouraging children to develop a love for the sport.
- Physical Development: It helps in improving hand-eye coordination, motor skills, and introduces them to the concept of teamwork.

Orange/Green Ball Programme
Ages (11+)
Orange Ball is a dynamic and engaging program designed for individuals aged 11 and up. It uses medium-sized, low-bounce orange balls that make it easier to learn the basics and start rallying sooner. It’s a social sport where you can make new friends and enjoy some friendly competition.
Green Ball Tennis is a fantastic program for individuals aged 11 and up. It uses slightly smaller and heavier green balls that provide a more challenging game, perfect for those looking to further develop their skills.

Yellow Ball Programme
Ages (11+)
Yellow Ball is the ultimate level in our tennis program, designed for adults, junior beginners, junior transition, advanced, and elite players. It uses standard yellow tennis balls and offers a game that’s closest to professional tennis.
